Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. Orders ship from our fulfillment partner's warehouses.
Shipping rates
- Standard — $8.00
- Express — $15.00
The rates available to you are shown at checkout once you enter your delivery address, and those are the rates that apply to your order.
Processing and delivery
Orders are processed on business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as your order leaves the warehouse. Delivery times depend on the service selected at checkout and on the carrier.
Digital products and subscriptions
BrainTap app access and subscription products are delivered electronically and are not shipped. Access is set up separately from your order and you will receive an activation email; see our support page if it does not arrive.
Returns and shipping costs
Shipping fees, if any, including duties and import taxes, are non-refundable. In all instances, return shipping fees are the responsibility of the purchaser. Full details are in our Warranty & Return Policy.
