“Guided visualization and meditation is really something that tends to be a bit more challenging for athletes. The science behind visualization and visualizing yourself performing well or recovering from a challenging situation is critically important for athletes to perform well.”
Brian is a performance coach and entrepreneur with a background as a college football and baseball player who has spent more than two decades working in leadership roles in both the corporate and athletic coaching worlds, focusing especially on mental performance and elite performance development. He is the co-founder of H4 Sports Academy a Minnesota-based sports development organization that offers customized athletic training programs, strength and conditioning, mental performance coaching, and sport-specific skill development designed to help athletes “train like the pros” and maximize their potential on and off the field.
